REGIM DIETETIC - pancreas si cai biliare




RECOMANDATE

·                     lapte cu continut mic de grasime, zer, iaurt degresat, branza de vaci cu grasime sub 3%, lapte condensat cu grasime 5%
·                     faina de grau, de cartofi; fulgi de ovaz, grau, porumb; orez, gris, budinca, macaroane
·                     paine de grau, pesmeti, paine mixta bine coapta, graham, paine neagra, piscoturi, turta dulce, chec
·                     miere de albina, gelatine, marmelade, zaharina
·                     pere si mere curatate de coaja; banane, portocale, mandarine, grapefruit, capsuni, zmeura, mure, pepene galben, kiwi, piersici, caise (cele mai asimilabile sunt compoturile)
·                     chimen, anason, marar, cuisoare, foi de dafin
·                     ceai verde
·                     sucuri de fructe si de legume
·                     lapte cu cacao (din lapte degresat)
·                     ceaiuri de plante
·                     apa minerala necarbogazoasa
·                     carne de vitel, vita slaba, gaina, pui, curcan
·                     sunca fara grasime, mezeluri din carne de pasare
·                     supe de carne slaba, sosuri cu continut mic de grasime
·                     dintre grasimi se vor prefera: unt, uleiuri vegetale (de floarea soarelui, porumb, soia, masline)
·                     peste: biban ,cod, pastrav, stiuca, ton proaspat; crabi, raci
·                     cartofi fierti
·                     morcovi tineri, gulie tanara, sparanghel, conopida, spanac, sfecla, telina, castraveti fara coaja, salata verde
·                     oua fierte moi sau in sufleuri (maxim 3 oua/saptamana)

NERECOMANDATE

·                     branza grasa sau foarte condimentata, cascaval, branza topita, svaitzer
·                     paine proaspata (calda)
·                     torturi, aluat frantuzesc, produse de panificatie prajite in grasime (clatite, gogosi)
·                     bomboane, ciocolata, praline
·                     fructe necoapte, prune, agrise, coacaze
·                     mere si pere in coaja
·                     mustar iute, piper, ardei iute
·                     sosuri grase sau iuti
·                     cafea
·                     bauturi carbogazoase
·                     alcool
·                     carne grasa, sarata, arsa, prajita in grasime, carne de rata sau gasca
·                     carnati afumati, tocaturi, salamuri, muschiulet
·                     supe de carne grasa, maioneze, supe de oase
·                     untura, seu, slanina
·                     crabi, scrumbie, tipar, macrou, somon, ton sau sardele in ulei
·                     cartofi prajiti sau salata de cartofi cu maioneza
·                     ceapa (cruda sau prajita), varza murata, mazare, fasole, soia
·                     oua rascoapte, ochiuri sau omleta cu slanina
