9 alegeri total greşite pentru cină
1. Paste cu sosuri grase
preparate cu smântână, fâină şi şuncă.
2. Cartofi prăjiţi cu grătar din carne de porc şi ochiuri acompaniaţi de sosuri gata preparate cu usturoi. La bere nici să nu te gândeşti că ar merge de minune la meniul tău!
3. Brânzeturi grase cu cârnăciori sau alte mezeluri din comerţ consumate cu multă pâine albă proaspătă.
4. Sarmale cu pâine şi smântână.
5. Pizza.
6. Fast-food.
7. Dulciuri.
8. Chips-uri şi alune prăjite.
9. Ciorbe cu smântână şi carne grasă.

O salată de crudităţi acompaniată de 2-3 linguri pastă de năut (humus).
Un ceai de plante medicinale neîndulcit şi un fruct.
Un smoothie preparat cu lapte vegetal (soia, migdale, seminţe decorticate de cânepă, susan) şi o banană.
Un suc de legume.
O supă rece de roşii preparată fără făină (amestecă în blender roşii proaspete cu ceapă, usturoi, castraveţi, pătrunjel, piper, sare).
O porţie de legume la grătar stropite cu ulei de măsline presat la rece, zeamă de lămâie, sare şi piper.
Salată de vinete, fără maioneză.
O porţie mică de salată orientală.
O porţie mică de paste integrale cu sos de roşii, usturoi şi busuioc.
Ciorbă de legume fără pâine.
